Homemade 4 ingredient vanilla ice cream?

I saw a recipe once for use in an electric ice cream maker (4 quart) that only included the ingredients of: Milk, sugar vanilla and egg. Please help me with the recipe as other sites want me to use ingredients i dont have. Thank you!Homemade 4 ingredient vanilla ice cream?
I found many with 4 ingredients (but they don't use eggs)...





***Simple Foodie Vanilla Ice Cream***





milk 3/4 cup


sugar 2/3 cup


heavy cream 1 1/2 cups


vanilla extract 1 tsp to taste





1.In a saucepan heat the milk over medium heat until bubbles begin to form on the edges.


2.Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Remove to a mixing bowl.


3.Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.


4.Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


5.Freeze per your ice cream maker instructions.





***Simple Vanilla Ice Cream*** (from Revolution Health)





Ingredients:


1 1/8 cups, Sugar


1 1/2 tablespoons, Vanilla extract


1 1/2 cups, Whole milk


3 cups, Heavy whipping cream





Directions:


1.In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer on low spead to conbine the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved, (about 1 to 2 minutes).


2.Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.


3.Turn the [Ice cream maker] on


4.Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl and let mix until thickened (about 20 to 25 minutes)


5.The ice cream will have a soft, creamy texture. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in freezer for about 2 hours.


6.Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.








Or you could try this....





***French Vanilla Ice Cream***





2 large eggs


3/4 cup sugar


3 cups whole milk


2 teaspoons vanilla extract





Directions


Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.


Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the milk, and vanilla and whisk to blend.


Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions.


Makes 1 Quart **variation: add 1 cup coarsely chopped Reece's Peanut butter cups, after ice cream stiffens (about 2 minutes before it is done) let it continue processing.Homemade 4 ingredient vanilla ice cream?
Vanilla Ice Cream





2 cups heavy whipping cream


2 cups half-and-half cream


3/4 cup white sugar


1 tablespoon vanilla extract





In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and the half and half. Gradually whisk in the sugar until blended.





Whisk in the vanilla. Refrigerate, covered, until very cold, at least 3 hours or as long as 3 days.


Whisk the mixture to blend and pour into the canister of an ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. Eat at once or transfer to a covered container and freeze up to 8 hours.

Strawberry ice cream........ mmmmmmmm





I hope you do metric?


600g Strawbwerries, hulled and sliced( we don't hull them , just take off the green part, that's all.


600ml double cream


280 g caster sugar.





1. Put the strawberries in a food processor and blend to a puree.


2 Tip the puree into a mixing bowl, stir in the cream and the sugar, then whisk until well blended


3. pour into ice cream machine, or do the half- to hourly mixing task.

Now the Vanilla ice cream:





Ingredients





* 284ml carton double cream


* 300ml full fat milk


* 115g golden caster sugar


* 1 vanilla pod


* 3 large free-range egg yolks


and the recipe is much the same as with the strawberry ice cream.
