I need a recipe that can be frozen after making, whose primary ingredient is heavy whipping cream...ideas?

It's a long and strange story, but I ended up with 15 quarts of heavy whipping cream. Being the resourceful guy I am, I want to cook up a storm with it and give away the results. Having ruled out making enough whipped cream to build the world's biggest edible snowman, I'm looking for ideas that use a minimum of additional ingredients. It kind of defeats the purpose of the find if I spend a zillion dollars on the other ingredients. Someone has the answer to this, I just know it. It would be a huge bonus if the recipe were freezeable, so that I could keep some for myself.I need a recipe that can be frozen after making, whose primary ingredient is heavy whipping cream...ideas?
