Here is a very simple one, with no eggs, and tasty too! Enjoy!





Ice Cream 鈥?Eggless, Philadelphia Vanilla





1 cup whole milk


1 cup heavy cream


1/3 cup sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla extract





Whisk all ingredients together. Chill. (At least 30 minutes, up to a couple of hours, to let the flavors really blend.)





Transfer to ice cream machine %26amp; freeze according to manufacturer鈥檚 instructions.Please give me a simple ingredient on how to make home made ice cream?
Here is the simplest ice cream recipe ever.





1 pint of half and half (milk can be used instead)


1/2 cup sugar


Then whatever flavoring you want.


Examples...1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons of chocolate


syrup, or 1/4 cup of strawberries

Vanilla Gelatin Ice Cream - Egg-Free


2 Tablespoons gelatin


1/2 cup cold water


2 cups milk, hot


6 cups half-and-half


1-1/2 cups sugar


1/4 teaspoon salt


1-1/2 Tablespoons vanilla


Soften gelatin in cold water before adding to the hot milk. Be sure gelatin is completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Freeze in a gallon ice cream freezer using 1 part salt to 6 parts ice.
Servings: Makes about 1 1/2 quarts

Ingredients


4 cups (2 pints) half-and-half or light cream


1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND庐 Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)


2 tablespoons vanilla extract


Instructions


In ice cream freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well.


Freeze according to manufacturer鈥檚 instructions. Freeze leftovers.


Notes: Refrigerator-Freezer Method: Omit half and half. In large bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND庐 and vanilla. Fold in 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped (DO NOT use non-dairy whipped topping). Pour into 9X5-inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Freeze leftovers.


Peach Ice Cream: Reduce vanilla to 1 tablespoon and add 1 teaspoon almond extract, 4 drops yellow and 2 drops red food coloring. If desired add 2 cups mashed fresh or frozen peaches, thawed or 1 (16-ounce) can peaches, drained and mashed. Proceeed as above.


Banana Ice Cream: Reduce vanilla to 1 tablespoon; add 2 cups mashed bananas (4 medium). Proceed as above.
