this recipe has chili powder, cheddar cheese and spices. I need to know the amounts and what kind of spices.I am looking for a chili cheese recipe that only uses dry ingredients added to sour cream?
Recipes are merely suggestions. Comibine the sour cream with the rest of those ingredients and then use cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, give it a stir, see if it tastes like you want it to. Adjust where necessary.

i don't like cheese
The only one I know of is adding a packet of taco seasoning mix to sour cream, then folding in some cheddar cheese and green onions. Its awsome!
