Following are the steps
1. Boil the full cream milk (better if buffalo milk, cow's milk is also fine)
2. Let it become cool for some time, till it comes at room temperature
3. Keep it in fridge for about 3-4 hrs
4, A layer of cream will appear on the milk
5. Take this out in a bowl and stuff it.
That's how I make it.Is it possible to make real cream at home? If yes, how and with what ingredients?
Real cream isn't manufactured. It comes from unhomogenized cow's milk that is allowed to separate so the fat floats to the top.
To make it yourself, you would need cow's milk that is unhomogenized, and you'd need a lot of it. Most milk sold to home consumers has been homogenized (mixed together) to prevent the fat from separating.
You have to live near a dairy to get fresh milk. Then, you boil the milk and let it cool off. The sop layer is single cream.
There is no other way to get ';real'; cream, and there is no substitute.
Erm you'd need a cow!
