I dont know it the cream cheese will spoil in the mail. If its been baked in a cake does it even matter?Is it safe to bake a cake that has cream cheese in the ingredients and send it to a friend out of state?
It will be spoiled by the time you mail it..
Cream Cheese cooked still needs to be refrigerated.
Unless you can find a company to ship it cold.

You could use Courier Post if they have an overnight delivery guarantee.
The problem would be how to pack it so that it didn't break up in transit
