You can pour the gravy from the meat over the rice or eat it plain. What can I make with these ingredients? Beef, peas, onions, rice, cream of mushroom soup, a pressure cooker ..
depends on the cut of beef
Shepard pie
hmm plain white rice with peas

and pan fri the beef with onions and make it a bit spicey. U can save the mushroom soup for something else i guess.
I 2nd Sarah's idea, but I like the cold rice with diced carrot and potato(boiled first). Mmmmm sounds yummy.
after cooking the meat with in the pressure cooker with cardemon seeds, some cummin, bay leaf and last the onions, add the peas. Cook the rice seperately. Make the soup, there now you can enjoy a good lunch. Bon a petit.
I would cook the rice if its not instant then saute the beef and onion and add all to a casserole dish and bake until done. I guess you could put it all in the pressure cooker but I don't use one so I'm not sure. A little red wine would make a good addition to the sauce the soup will make and a little rosemary would be a fine herb to add.
You can pressure cook the meat and then throw it into the tagine with the onions and peas.

You can take some of the broth and make a rice side or make a cold rice salad with mayo, tuna, cukes, tomato, corn......or r those 5 ingredients ALL you have in the house?
Sounds to me like a darn fine roast....whens dinner?
u can make a vegetable fried rice or a soup with these veggies
